The hotel is in a decent location, about a 10 to 15-minute walk to major attractions like Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The rooms are on the smaller side and could use some cleaning attention, but they met our basic needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, although communication was a bit tricky due to limited English skills. Overall, it's fair for the price, though not quite ideal due to the room condition.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small and poorly designed, and unfortunately, they had not been vacuumed properly for some time, with dust and rubbish under the bed.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, but had difficulty understanding English. They assisted us in finding bus transportation back to the airport, which was appreciated.
Location
8.0
The location is pretty good, with a short walk to both Odori Park and the shopping area. It was particularly excellent for us since we visited during the Snow Festival.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were average and a bit pricey. The buffet offered a variety, but nothing too special stood out.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities like the in-house coin laundry were useful, but it would be better if there were more amenities like a pool.

I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions and shopping areas, which made exploring Sapporo a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, although their limited English was a bit challenging at times. However, the rooms were quite tiny and not the cleanest, with a lot of dust under the beds. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms

The rooms were very tiny and a bit cramped, with two beds when I was by myself, making it hard to manage my luggage. It could really use a thorough cleaning under the beds since there was a lot of dust and rubbish.
Service

The staff were lovely and friendly, but their limited English made communication a bit difficult. They also didn't inform me about the lack of parking spaces.
Location

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Sapporo, just a short walk from Odori Park and Tanukikoji shopping street, which was great for sightseeing.
Dining

Although the dining was buffet style with a good selection of dishes, I found that there weren't many varieties. It served both Japanese and Western dishes, which was nice.
Facilities

The hotel had some basic facilities and in-house coin laundry, which was convenient, but it could use a bit more in terms of amenities.

I stayed at a hotel in the center of Sapporo and was pleased with its convenient location near Odori Park and many shopping areas. The rooms were alright for three people but a bit cramped and had some unsightly stains. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made up for the language barrier. While the dining options were decent, it didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, it was a reasonable value for the area, but some improvements would be great.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were fine for three people but ultimately a bit tiny and had some unpleasant odors and stains on the furniture and carpet.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from Odori Park and plenty of shopping areas, making it super convenient. However, the rooms were a bit cramped, which is common in Japan, and the service could use a bit more warmth. Despite the smaller room size, the access to local amenities made up for it somewhat. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for the price, especially for location and cleanliness.

Rooms
6.0
In my room, it felt a bit small, which is typical for many hotels in Japan; I had to keep stepping over things. There wasn’t really anywhere to put my suitcases without climbing over one of the beds.
Service
7.0
The staff were accommodating and helpful, even if their English was limited. I did find their friendliness lacking at times, especially when they initially placed us in the older annex part of the building.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, close to Odori Park and just a short walk to the subway and shopping areas, which made it very convenient for exploring.
Dining

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is fantastic being close to Tanuki Koji shopping street and Odori Park, the condition of the rooms was a bit concerning, with some wear and tear. The service was helpful but could have been more attentive. Overall, it’s a solid choice for its location, but I felt the rooms could use some improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is situated in a prime location close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist spots. The rooms were clean, but a bit small and unfortunately had a strong smell of tobacco. The service was friendly but struggled with English communication. The dining options were decent, although the buffet had limited English descriptions and was on the pricier side. Overall, it’s great for the location and cleanliness, but some aspects could use improvement.

Rooms

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is great, very close to the shopping street, which was a big plus for me. However, the rooms were quite small and definitely needed better cleaning. On a positive note, the staff was generally friendly, although I did encounter some indifference at check-in. The price felt reasonable given the location, but the dining options left a lot to be desired.

Rooms

The hotel had a decent location, with easy access to shopping and sites like Odori Park, which was great for exploring Sapporo. On the downside, the amenities like the fridge were not very functional, and the dining options could use some variety since it got repetitive.
